Wow, I have been really lax about updating the blog this winter! Just because it’s cold outside doesn’t mean we can’t create beautiful family photos! Laura, Dwayne, and the children came in to the studio for a family portrait session. The two little ones totally stole the show! I love the expressions we got from them. Who said all engagement sessions must be on sunny, warm days? Dana and Will wanted a snowy engagement shoot and last Saturday’s storm proved to be perfect! It can be tricky scheduling shoots around the weather forecast, but despite the snow (and FRIGID temps) we met up in downtown Clinton, NJ and had a great time! Here are some of my favorites:

Kelly and Joe’s wedding at the Bridgewater Manor marked the end of our 2011 wedding season! What a way to end it…a beautiful December afternoon combined with a fantastic couple made it the perfect end to a great season. Here are some of my favorites from the event. One thing to take note of is how good uplighting can enhance the reception!

I had the opportunity to work with Cat and Justin for their wedding reception a few weeks ago. These two actually got married earlier in the year, but held their reception in the fall.
